"I agree the stones will not stay in this watch. I have had the stones to come out this watch for the past three years. Unfortunately, the warranty is out on the watch and now have five stones missing. I love the look of this watch; but I will see if I still love it after I try to have the stones replaced out of my pocket."

"Well, I received this watch as as Birthday gift, really love d it , it really sparkles however I did not even have the watch 4 hours and already a stone was missing. Very upsetting.I actually have quite a few pieces of jewelry from Macy's . It amazes me how many of those pieces loose the stones or bend & really have not lived up to my expectations or the Macy's reputation. I have asked my loved ones not to purchase any more pieces from Macys but the sales & coupons seems to be what keeps them going back to Macy's for more. I would not recommend any jewelry from Macy's due to my constant disappointments. I am going to the store tonite to return what I thought was a beautiful watch much to my dismay. With regards, A Former Bulova watch owner all of 4 hours."
