"I bought this for my husband last year for Christmas because he loves "dang quesadillas" (think napoleon dynamite). He uses this at least once a week, usually more, and puts almost anything between the two tortillas, haha. After having our baby in August, everyone who came to visit used this so we bought virtually everyone in our family one for Christmas this year! Can't be beat... so simple, yet, so amazing. "I bought three of these for myself and my daughters. I wished I had bought myself two. They are just awesome. My youngest son is handicapped and it is something he can use with no problem of hurting himself. I love this machine and I leave it out all the time because it is too much trouble to put it away and get back out as much as it is used. I have made omelettes, quesadillas for lunch, supper and whenever someone wants something good in a hurry. None of the three will be returned. If the girls don't need them, I will keep them. The more the merrier!!! I couldn't beat the price either!!"

I pulled it out and made some of the best black bean and chicken quesadillas I've ever tasted, if I must say so myself.
