"this comforter is like sleeping on a cloud. the old one i had was way too short and not at all plump--in fact, it feels flat in comparison. after reading all the reviews on this one, i had to have it. it's incredible--soft, warm, and so lightweight you don't know that it's on the bed. feels like silk, too, with the high threadcount. i read a lot of the other reviews before settling on this one--it was a better deal, i think, than the ones offered at other stores, including bedding stores. this comforter is oversized which means that for the first time, both my husband and i are totally covered. i got to use my coupon with the sale price which means i got a really good deal."

"I bought this comforter with the idea that it may be going back to the store, because I wanted to see and feel this "almost down" but I really couldn't believe that it was as it claimed. But I was so pleasantly surprised and fell in love with this as soon as I put it on my bed! It is actually better than my real down comforter! It has suprising loft (that I wasn't expecting) and warmth, not to mention it's soft and very 5 star looking. I accidently bought the king size and I'm so glad I did because it drapes nicely and adds more presence. I recommend maybe going up a size if you like things a tad oversized. I have a full and I have the king on it and it's perfect since I'll be getting a queen soon. I was ready to put my duvet on it, but it's so attractive without. It really is like sleeping on a cloud! You will not regret this buy!!! My boyfriend couldn't wait to go to bed in it and neither of us wanted to get out of bed this morning!!!"

"I love this comforter! It is soft and warm and very comfortable. I've washed it a couple times at home, but I would recommend taking it to a laundromat so it has room to move in a commercial washer. I loved this comforter so much I purchased the "almost down" pillows to go with it and couldn't be happier."

"We just purchased this comforter, and we love it. It could be a bit larger for a king size bed, but still fits pretty well.
It is soft and light and very comfy. My only complaint is that the comforter was on sale for $30 less the week after I ordered it. It would have been even better at the discounted price."

"Great comforter at a great price. I actually got this on sale and while looking for a down alternative comforter since I don't like the feel of little feathers sticking out and poking me--OUCH! Initally, I tried to get a high thread count real down, but TOO EXPENSIVE, so I opted for this instead. And, what a great buy!!!! It traps all of the heat, which we need here in upstate NY. It's got this "silky" feel that makes it truly feel like a luxury item. I have not tried to clean it yet--says dry clean only. I would've given it 5 starts, but there are a couple of downfalls: 1) I cannot wash it at home and 2) The full/Queen size looks like it would "fit" a full better than a queen (which I have). Otherwise, a very smart buy. BONUS: it comes with a 15year warranty."

"This comforter is wonderful! You can't tell it is "almost down"! It is very lightweight, but very warm. I caught it on a 1 day sale at macys on 2/21 for $80 for a king and used a $15 coupon which lowered it to $65! Great deal and the product is so nice!"
