"I had to return the pan. I have a small oven and will take only a 16 l/2 inch pan. This pan was labeled 16 inches. But the measurement was taken from the inside, not the outside. It wouldn't fit in my oven."

"We got to use our wedding gift for the 1st time this week and it was outstanding. The wind has been howling all week so cooking indoors was a much better alternative. I used Herbs de Provence for the dry Rub and basted the large roasting chicken with chardonnay in a slow oven. It was moist, very tasty and the pan, easy to clean. Best of all, I could transfer it to the cutting board without the juice dripping all over the place, (since it wasn't sitting in it). Personally, I love the juice it creates...all those yummy, complex flavors, but my new husband doesn't like any juice, from anything. Silly Guy- he doesn't know what he's missing. LOL for the 1st time cooking with this roaster. I know we will get lots of use out of it as time goes on with roasts and turkeys. I know you will enjoy it too!"

"This roaster is the perfect size for a 20 lb turkey and I can still put it in the oven with another regular size pan next to it!
Great quality and performance. I used it last year for Christmas and this year for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Spray a little non-stick spray on it and you can easily slide the turkey off of this onto a serving platter without a mess."

"This roaster is SO nice; nothing sticks; our turkey came out beautifully and this was SO easy to wash I almost didn't even need to use SOAP! Figuratively speaking.. but seriously this was so easy to wash up; then I repacked it in it's box for storage; has photos on all sides so I know what I'm looking at in the garage shelving. This will be used again at Xmas, and at any event where I need a large roasting pan, with or without the rack. The best part: The RACK is also non-stick and is SPIFFY to clean up; wonderous! I bot a 20.5 lb turkey at Tksgiving, by the way, and it JUST fit in this lengthwise... I love this though, very much! So glad I bot it; now don't need to trash the environment by getting those throwaway aluminum foil types of pans at the grocers.. Love This!!"

"I have had this pan for a couple years. I use it for everything from a turkey roaster, to a lasagna pan. Its non-stick coating has not peeled or chipped. The handles make it easy to get in and out of the oven, or to carry to someone elses house. The roasting rack is great for poultry, as well as various roasts. Easy to clean!
It is a bit heavy, but that makes it a sturdy pan to hold anything in."

"I love this roaster for the same reasons the other reviewers do. It is easy to clean (practically no work) and it is large enough to fit a good size turkey. The rack makes it a no brainer when it comes time to transfer to the plate. My turkey comes out moist on the inside and golden all around instead of soggy on the bottom from sitting in the juice thanks to the rack. It works great on rib roasts and so many more..."

"I love this product. Easily said. I love to cook but hate to wash dishes especially when it's my favorite meal idea which is roasted chicken.
I can eat chicken every day. (just ask my husband)
I bought this roaster for Thanksgiving. I was sick and tired of buying those disposable pans for turkeys. It brought up more garbage than anything else.
I used the roaster and the rack and the turkey turned out so moist.

There were so many juices at the bottom of the pan. I was thinking, how am I going to clean this. But when I made the gravy right from the same roaster and put it on top of my stove top. It was so clean. Nothing got stuck. I had shiny creamy gravy and my roaster was still good looking. Unlike those other pans where it just looked burned. I would recomend this product to anyone.

In fact, I am going to buy one for my mother in law for her birthday. So I can get my own roaster back from her!!!!
