"The coffee maker is convienent because it can make individual sized cups, however It was a hassel when the selected coffee size came up short and I had to make another cup to fill my coffee mug. The machine also makes a lot of coffee spatter and isn't the easiest to clean all the parts.
The WORST part: The computer in ours has gotten confused and the display reads mis information. We've tried to fix it, but we need to call the manufacturer to see if it's fixable."

"Let's face it, you're not going to like the same type of coffee as your roommate or spouse. And all of your guests are not going to necessarily like that pot of Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or Folgers. So let them choose the strength or flavor of their coffee. Its easy to use, doesnt take up that much space, is modern looking, quick, etc. I love that it has 3 different options for ounce size which allows you to further determine the strength of your coffee. (The single serve machines do not have this option.) But you definitely DO NOT need to get the B70/Platinum one. Its not worth the money for a bigger water tank. These machines all brew the same cup of coffee so it a waste of money to get anything bigger, 'better' than this model."

"I love this machine. What surprises me is that I can switch from coffee to tea and the flavors aren't affected. I don't know how they do that because any time I tried to make tea from an appliance that also held coffee, the tea would taste tainted. Yet, I can switch with this machine and the taste is perfect! Also, someone commented that they wish the reservoir was bigger, but I disagree. I think it is important to keep the water fresh and I don't mind having to refill it each day. It is so much easier to deal with than a regular coffeemaker. Always fresh and no cleanup mess. Highly recommended."

"This is by far the best invention ever made for coffee-lovers. The coffee tastes amazing, and it's very quick. Especially when I'm out the door for work in the morning, I just throw the K-cup in, push a button, and within 15 seconds I have a fresh, hot cup of coffee! I never have to wash another coffee pot again, or deal with the filter falling in and grounds being everywhere. It's definately an investment, I would recommend this for everyone! "We have this at the office and it's great. One can purchase the variety of K-cups and everyone will be happy with their own choices.
The reason for the 4 stars: For a bigger office, I would say use another Keurig that heats water faster, this one can be sluggish if you're in a rush and just want your cup of joe. It can also be a bit noisy as the water heats up. Either way, it's a good single cup brewer!"
