My New Favorite Muffin Pan

"I love Nordicware brand products, and this has become one of my favorites. I bought two pans and will gladly buy more. I prefer baking with aluminum. This muffin pan is durable and bakes evenly. The lid is a nice a addition. Although I don't use it often, the lid is great for storing or transferring muffins or cupcakes. This is a must have for any home baker."

"Although I had a muffin pan I really liked, I bought this on strength of the reviews. Am so happy I did! Excellent at baking. The lid however is what absolutely delights me since it keeps muffins and cupcakes fresher longer."

"Not only does this pan bake cupcakes and muffins well, but it stores them well too. I love bringing cupcakes to a gathering or potluck, and now I can finally bring frosted cupcakes without smeared frosting and tipped over cupcakes. As a bonus, the lid provides an extra surface, so one full pan of cupcakes stacks nicely right on top of the other. When I bake muffins, I like that this pan helps keep them fresh for a while, since there are only 2 people in our household."

"Pans are wonderful, even bakers. The real treat is the sturdy lid. Great for storing and transporting! I would reccommend buying 2 as I did because most cupcakes make 18-24. Cleans up well, too!"

Perfect muffin bottoms

"I have 2 of these pans. I just recently bought them and I wish that I would have had them years ago. The muffin bottoms come out perfectly---not too brown and not too underdone. Clean up is a breeze. They are definitely professional quality. The plastic lid really keeps the muffins fresh for days. I cannot imagine baking without them. I cannot wait to get more Nordic Ware pans made like these for the rest of my baking. They may cost more than most other pans on the market---but they are worth every penny and then some."

A fabulous investment for frequent bakers

"NordicWare has done it again with this covered aluminum muffin pan. This has been a lifesaver for me, since I used to take my muffins and cupcakes out of the pan, onto a cooling rack, and then into a separate container for work. By the time I got there, my cupcakes would have fallen over and smeared icing all over the place. No more!!

Perfect for muffins and cupcakes, the handy plastic storage lid means that you don't have to worry about squashed muffin tops or mangled icing (it also keeps muffins and cupcakes fresher longer). The aluminum pan promotes even browning, and with a quick spray of Baker's Joy (or cupcake liners), cleaning is a breeze."

"I make cupcakes often and I never had a way to store them without messing up the icing or decorations on the top. This pan has a tight fitting lid that keeps the frosting free from getting messed up. It also allows for easy transportation of the cupcakes if you need to get them somewhere fast! I love all of my Nordicware bakeware, but this is the pan I use the most and it has held up just as well as the ones I use less often."
