"I wash my hands very frequently. They look dry & ashy like I was working in Construction or on a car... Yes. That bad.
This cream worked better than any over the counter lotion/cream I have purchased in the past. Oh yeah, and it smells GREAT. I purchased other Clarins products and received a sample of the Hand Cream as a free gift. After it was all gone :( I went and purchased the double pack Macy's is currently offering. This is definitely a keeper.
Need hydration, get this hand cream. Can't go wrong. Just don't rub your eyes immediately after (with any fragrance product)..."

"I'm a nurse and am constantly washing my hands. Before using this product, my hands were sore, dry, cracked and uncomfortable and my nails were brittle and split frequently. This product has ended all of those problems. I put it on after every handwashing and massage it into my cuticles. It is a fantastic, high-quality product. I've got my 81 year old Aunt hooked on it too and her nails look great! I highly recommend this product."

"I started using this lotion because my mom loves it! It makes your skin very silky and soft. One day while at Macy's, as an experiment my mom (who's in her early 50s) only applied lotion to one of her hands, a short time later (maybe about 20-30 minutes) the difference was evident. The hand she had applied the lotion onto was soft and her skin was smooth, while her other hand was dry and her skin didn't look at smooth."

"This is the most outstanding hand cream! I have tried every hand cream out there and by far this is the best! When applied it disappears quickly and leaves your hands feeling like they just left a spa! I've been using this cream for 20 years and it helps gives my hands a youthful glow!"

"I was lucky enough to score a buy one get one free a few years back and I still have one tube left!! This hand cream is amazing, but yes, very expensive too. I personally think this is totally worth the $28.00. It instantly absorbs into your hands without leaving any grease or film and they are immediately renewed. Great stuff. I would have given this 10 stars if I could."
