Perfect cookie sheet, February 24, 2009

"I own 3 of these and use them all the time - I bake a lot of cookies! I prefer a light finish on a baking sheet (no scorched bottoms) and the raised lip makes this sheet easy to remove from a hot oven. They are as nice as my All-Clad sheet at a fraction of the price."
