"I can't say enough about this eyeshadow!!! I gave a few sets of these eyeshadows to my friends as a New Year's presents and they absolutely loved them. One of those friends ever used these eyeshadows on her wedding day. The amazing part is that from 10am, which was when she first applied her eyeshadow, until the next morning she only had a minor touchup. The bottom line is that these eyeshadows have a rainbow of gorgeous colors; blend beautifully; don’t crease, and stay on the entire day. What more can a girl ask for?"

"I have spent thousands on makeup over my life time. And I will say that this eyeshadow in Nutmeg is the most beautiful color on me. I have been looking for a color like this my whole life. I actually was going to give up on wearing eyeshadow when I found this one. Please give it a try as I am sure you will love it. It is not the color it looks on the computer so go in and try it. I ordered Mannequin to go with it so we will see how that goes. I am fair skinned with pink undertones ( really difficult to deal with when it comes to finding the right color!! ). I have blonde hair ( although naturally it is like a light brown ) and blue/green eyes. I am sure this color will be beautiful on me no matter what my hair color. I also bought this in New Black and have learned that it works best as a liner ( usually over the top of the artliner ) but it DOES flake off under my eye so I think I will try getting it wet first. Gorgeous black!! I hope this helps you. Thanks."

"I love "Dill" and "honeymoon". I love eyeshadows that are classy and don't look like you just colored your eye lid with crayola. I love simplicity when it comes to makeup and these color stand out lovely but without making me feel like a cake-face. As I mentioned my all time two favorites are 'Honeymoon' and 'dill'. I have a golden-caramel complection and 'honeymoon' is a lovely gold color. It stands out and brings more attention to the almond shape of my eyes. Ive gotten sooooo many complements while wearing it. 'dew' comes off a sublte gray/green that I absolutely love. I've repurched both several times. It stays on forever and i rarely need to touch up unless its one of those hot/hazzy summer days. It goes on smoothly without trouble. You dont have to keep brushing color to get the color to come out. One or two strokes is enough. I'm a girlie girl and this has my seal of approval lol."

"I read reviews about these eyeshadows and I was a little bit hesitant because of the case design. But I went ahead and bought a few to try and I am very impressed. I mix them with other brands and I get a very pretty sheen! I wear them alone and they are still gorgeous. I'll probably buy more and build up an eyeshadow wardrobe! My favorites so far are Kitten Heel, Filligree, Makeover, Camisole, Off the Rack, and Color du Jour. Great fun!"

"i've been wearing lancome eyeshadow since I was in 5th grade. I just LOVE it. I have from this line backstage pass, designer, best dressed, and personal style, i have many of the others in free gift sample quads, including "the new black". this color is GREAT for eyeliner with an angle brush. it's the shimmeriest and most fabulous black you'll find. I love all of the colors and the pigmented quality of lancome eyeshadows. my favorite color all time is Drama, but i don't see it in this list of colors. i hope they still sell it!"

"All the colors seem lovely on line but if its your first time go with the nutmeg. It is a cool color and a very natural color with a hint of color shimmer. Looks great on the whole lid with nothing else except say mascara and/or eye liner. I am going to try another lighter color, like a bone, to wear with it under the eye brow. oh, btw, the pink i tried, made my eyes tear. (just so ya know)"
