"I am a Emile Henry convert. I purchased my first pieces recently and am very pleased. I bought the oval dish and pie plate. I did a quiche in the pie plate and it looked beautiful and cleaned up so easily. I was impressed at the clean up, just soak a minute or two in water, then wash by hand, nothing had to be scrubbed off with force. I put the oval in the dish washer and same thing. I never thought I'd pay more than $10 for a pie plate, but I'm now purchasing my second Emile Henry pie plate; the pink, for Easter pies. I'm also going to buy my sister one."
