"If you ever have the chance to compair this to Pyrex there is absolutely no comparison. I didn't think you could possibly see the difference when you are baking, but I did. The clean up is a breeze and the food bakes more evenly and doesn't dry out as easily as other baking dishes. I have had my dishes for a few years and I don't have any niches in mine and I bang them around on a weekley basis. Very durable."

"It's very sturdy and beautiful. This cookware transitions from the oven to the table helping to make your culinary creations look fantastic. I consider Emile Henry to be the gold standard of bakeware. I've bought other oven/microwave/dishwasher safe bakeware that chipped or the glaze broke down immediately -- not this. Short of dropping it from a high place it's indestructable. The pottery promotes even heating too. If I had to pick one downside, it's heavy so may not be great for people with back problems as it could be hard to lift out of the oven."
