"It's only been a few nights, but WOW. I bought the std/queen firm, desperate for a 'luxury hotel' experience... you know, that lofty cushioning that completely fills and supports the space between your shoulder and chin (when sleeping on your side)? I grew up with a soft down pillow that lasted at least 20 years. It would mold according to my whim... stomach, back or side sleeping. Loved it! Couldn't begin to say how many pillows I've gone through in the last 20-25 years... fair to OK for a few months, then they all fail. Firm ones get flat at the edges while rock hard in the middle, soft ones just deflate all over. I'm writing this with fingers crossed, but the last few nights have been pure heaven. May it continue..."

"That title didn't seem to make much sense, but if you had these pillows you'd know what I meant. I purchased these last week to replace some down/feather pillows that I had that I liked, but which bugged me because the feather quills kept poking out even with a special cover on it. I figured pure down would alleviate that problem. These were on a one-day sale and the reviews were good so I decided to try them, purchasing four...two soft and two medium because I coudn't decide which to get. What a great decision! Best word to describe them? Decadent! You sink into them, but not so much that they're flat. Perfect cushioning, wonderfully malleable. And the birthday comment? After a birthday dinner, rather than going out more, all I wanted to do was get home and sink into these gems. Sad, but true! But oh so comfortable."

"I was at my wit's end: As a chronic nighttime nasal and sinus congestion-sufferer, I had tried new pillows of various makes and from various outlets, all to little or no help: I woke up in the morning with neck and shoulder pain and the annoying congestion. The pillows I got ranged from down to foam, but nothing seemed to offer relief or rest my head. I had grown up with a down pillow that I used for over 20 years, until it was worn down to basically nothing (this was probably part of the reason I got allergies--I kept it too long!). I missed the comfort of that pillow to my head, and none of the pillows I had purchased in the years since seemed to work. Finally, a few days ago, I went to the mall (I live in a rural area over an hour away from the mall) and went to Macy's to check out the bedding. Even though the pillow was on sale for $80 and I was a little hesitant about spending that much money, a sample pillow was nearby and I kept returning to it and thought it felt wonderful when I squeezed it. I wondered if I should "make the leap" and purchase it. I went ahead and did so, and was anxious to try it that night. Once I laid down on the pillow, I realized what a great investment it had been: I slept more soundly that night than I had in years, and woke up with hardly any of the neck and upper back and shoulder pain I had felt so often. Definitely worth the extra money, in my opinion. I would recommend these pillows to anyone who is tired of tossing and turning with inferior pillows that are "supposed" to offer a great night's sleep. I am willing from now on to pay the extra money for the comfort this pillow produced. Highly recommended!"

"i never write reviews but macy's was having a memorial day sale so i shopped for new bedding, including a mattress. so i spent the weekend reading reviews to get an idea of what questions to ask during my purchase.
let me tell you that i have been sleeping for 5 years on temperpedic pillows and mattress and have been uncomfortable lately - terrile sleep, hard to fall asleep and difficult to stay asleep (always waking up in middle of the night).
i ordered a hotel collection mattress and sheet set in addition to these new pillows- so far the mattress is not delivered but the past 2 nights i have used these pillows has been HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they are amazing! i got the medium one not super firm because i like a support and i sleep mostly on my back.
i fell asleep instantly and i slept like a baby- best night's sleep in 5 years.
i strongly recommend this pillow!!!!!!!!

"My boyfriend and I purchased Charter Club "Vail Elite"Soft Pillows.They are incrediably fluffy and your head feels well rested! We loved these pillows so much we went back and purchased two more. This time we got the "Firm" pillow and is it firm, it will take a long time to make this pillow flat! We use the firm to sleep on and the soft to hug!! We sleep like we are on a cloud!! "After ordering 4 of the Ralph Lauren T300 pillows online and returning them because they were wafer flat, I found these in my local macy's store. I was sure to put them to the test by stretching out on one of the demo beds in the home department.
Super loftey, luxurious, and supportive. Very soft and contours to my neck shoulders and back. Don't let the price sway you. If you work hard and like a blissful sleep to get you ready to go to work, then these pillows will do the trick and besides, you deserve it!
I'd recommend these pillows to anyone. Hands down the best pillow I have ever owned. Comparable to the luxury pillows of the resort type hotels. Definately the best sleep I've had since my trip to a Virgin Islands resort."

"My husband and I both really liked these pillows. They are super soft and really form to your head and neck. If you like a soft light fluffy pillow then you will love this pillow. Only issue can be - you really need to fluff them regularly to keep them fluffy. If you prefer a hard or firm pillow - I would not recommend this pillow - you will not be happy.
