"My husband and I researched juicers for >6 months before selecting this model. I concur with all the reviews raving about the product and find it to be less noisy than the vacuum. Cost may deter you, but it is worth the investment. You may save a few bucks here or there, but look at the whole picture and your time is better spent reaping the benefits of juicing instead of researching as long as we did. Buying from Macys.com made sense with all the promos and convienient in-store return policy. Not that we need it, but compared to returning to an online wholesaler imagine the nightmare! You get what you pay for and we selected this model for all the right reasons. Don't take as long as we did, just get started juicing ASAP."

"This juicer is what i really wanted!
There is a perfect balance of fiber when i juice veggies.
The juice is wonderful. If you want less fiber, just use the defrother insert for the pitcher. I love that i can juice any produce. Love making fresh apple cider, and carrot, beet, celery juice. This product was really worth the price! It looks so hot on my counter, but also breaks down so i can stow it away when i want the counter clear."

"I ordered this Breville Juice Fountain Elite online and have been using it every day two or three times a day since the day it arrived on my doorstep. It is first of all really nice to look at so you can leave it right out on the counter where it will get used. Very powerful two speed engine makes a lot of juice in no time flat. It really is amazing to watch everything from citrus fruit to carrots, beets and even greens gush into the juice pitcher right before your eyes! Clean up was the biggest selling point for my family because we have owned other juicers and neglected them simply because they were so tedious to clean. The Breville is quick and easy - the design is ingenious - clean up takes a couple minutes and involves mainly just hot running water. We would and already have recommended this machine several times!!"

"Great juicer... Very powerful and extracts as much juice possible... Well build and sturdy... Actually does what it is supposed to do... Very simple to operate... Criticisms are limited... Before I bought I watched a You-Tube commercial on the Breville 800JEXL... The commercial stated it was easy to clean and the intake shoot would take whole fruit... The juicer is not hard to clean but I wouldn't say it is easy to clean either... Also only small fruit fits into intake shoot without pre-cutting... But again a good machine and I am glad I bought it! Oh ya, it is compact enough to sit on sink-board and slide under my kitchen cabinets which is a good thing..."

"I absolutely LOVE this product; ever since I bought it, I have been constantly using it. There is no way I could ever go back to store-bought juice now! The health benefits alone are well worth it. I feel better and I think my complexion looks better too from juicing. The unit itself is very good quality & easy to use/clean. And, I find trying out different recipes is a blast too. I even discovered that fresh mint leaves are perfect with clementines/cantaloupe juice - so refreshing!! I highly recommend this juicer! Enjoy!!"

"I love my juicer! I waited for a long time to buy it! (not cheap!)
I didn't regret it. I love fresh fruit & veggie juice, you can't even compare it the store bought stuff and this is the only way my 8 year old would consume fruits or vegetables. My only problem with it is that, because of the gap ( about 1/4")between the feeding tube and the mesh, it spits out little pieces of fruit at the end of the juicing. Example: when I juice an apple, the end of the apple gets throne to the waste. Also, because the same reason ( I think) it doesn't juice the greens properly.
Besides these "problems" it is very thorough, the pulp is almost dry, no juice dripping out of it.
Don't hesitate buying it!"

"I bought this for my husband for Fathers' Day and ended up giving it to him early because I knew he really wanted this. He seems to love it - he uses it every day. I've tried several of the concoctions he's come up with, and they've all been really good. We're trying to get our kids to consume more (some!) fruits and vegetables, so he keeps trying different combinations for them.

This machine is sturdy and is easy to use and clean up. It doesn't make as much noise as I thought it might considering how powerful it is. The pulp is pretty dry and is a great addition for compost. The size of the motor, pulp & juice containers is just right.

At this point, after a few weeks of using it, I cannot say anything negative about this juicer. Yes it is a bit expensive, but considering what you are getting, it's worth it. I would expect this machine to last a long, long time and get plenty of use."

"This juicer is amazing! I have a theroy about kitchen appliances...spend the extra money now and it will save you in the long run because chances are, this is the only time you'll have to buy it. This thing is unreal. It juices so quickly leaving nothing but dry pulp behind. There is a large pulp container so you don't have to keep emptying it out. The juice container is also larger than I had anticipated. The juicer has no problem with larger fruits/vegetables at all. So far I've done carrots, apples, oranges, beets, pineapple, grapes and a few other things here and there. Cleanup is also a snap! The machine comes apart easily so all you need to do is rinse and use the brush that is included to clean the strainer/blade contraption. My b/f made a drink using beets and I didnt want that included in mine so I was able to quickly rinse everything off, put it all back together then continue making my juice -- minus the beets. I would recommend this machine to anyone that is in the market for a juicer."

"I went to Macy's intending to buy a Jack La Lane juicer. I tried to assemble/disassemble that model and found it difficult. The sales person told me the three models similar ($100.00 range) got returned frequently. Then she directed me to the breville juicer,l which they had just got in. I noticed it had a lot more wattage, and was easy to put together. The sales person told me this machine rarely gets returned, and quite often people come back to get another one for family or friends. It was probably $30.00 or so more than I had planned on spending, but well worth it. This machine is more heavy duty than the $100.00 models. It is easy to take apart and clean. I am very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend this model"

"I did a lot of research before I choose this juicer. I like that I can control the taste and quality of the juice. It is so easy to use and clean.

Before I purchased this juicer I was always sensitive to citrus juice of any sort. The taste and quality of the juice is your choice. I even give juice to my 16 month old grand daughter and she says ...yum, yum.

"This juicer is the best!
It is effortless to use and clean, which was always a biggie for me. If a juicer is too difficult to clean, then I don't use it, which defeats the purpose of having one sitting on your counter. Which brings me to the next point--it looks great on the counter. Very couture! It is very sleek, sophisticated and modern, so much so, that I don't feel the need to store it or hide it away. As a result, every day I see it on the counter I am compelled to 'juice away'.
It has a remarkable motor and everything you put in it just melts. You barely need to push the plunger. This will be the best juicer that you every buy and will ever need!"
