"My wife and I had two of these machines. They were great except for one thing: On both of ours, the handle to the tap broke relatively fast. We really liked the machine, but with the faulty tap, it wasn't worth it to buy another one.
We ended up switching to Mr. Coffee's Cocoa-motion. We love it. Pretty much the same as this, but with no tap at all. We're now on our second one. We wore out the first one!"

"I bought it like 3 months ago for my sister, she uses it every single day at least twice, and keeps working great! She doesn't stop talking about it. When I visited her last week, I enjoyed a delicious warm coffee latte. She also uses it to mix any drink without turning the heat on. I'll get one for myself, I can't wait to try it."

"We use it About 12 Times We found the Pouring spot after the first usage startes leaking water. Also the blade area in the center leaks also on to the inter parts of the motor. After a few hours when I get the water the table and or counter area is all wet and little water left in the pot."

"I have been using this almost every morning since it arrived last week. I have tried using both water and milk when making hot chocolate. Both are good, but using milk just tastes better to me.
In other reviews I read that it was difficult to clean or over time a milk smell would develop. I have not found that to be the case. It is incredibly easy to clean... rinse it out after use and clean it with a sponge or brush to remove milk residue.
The temperature is perfect, it is not too hot to drink when its ready. The heat and the mixing both turn off automatically when it's done. But if you don't get to it right away, it will turn back on and mix and re-heat again so it keeps your drinks mixed and hot.
About 15 minutes before I leave for work, I pour in the milk and add the chocolate and push the start button, then walk away. That is plenty of time to make the hot chocolate and pour it into my thermos and clean up the maker and put it away before heading out the door with a perfect mug of hot chocolate.
So far I haven't found anything that is a problem.
Oh yea... I also wanted to mention that it is pretty quiet when it runs... which is great in the morning so it doesn't wake everyone else up while I am using it."

"I love this machine. It makes hot chocolate fast and easy. My husband has to be to work at 4:30 in the morning and doesn't have time to make anything, but with this machine he can just throw the water and hot chocolate in and let it mix and cook while he gets ready and heads out into the cold. If you like hot chocolate you will LOVE this machine."

"My family loves this product. I got it last year. It is so easy to use, my boys ages 13, 10 & 11 can even use it. The only problem is the cleaning. What I do is after I am done using it, I rinse it out it fill it with water. I let it soak for awhile then I clean it. I don't like hot cocoa with all water so I fill it half with water and half with milk. If anyone likes cocoa this is the machine for you."

"Even though I have an espresso maker I use this machine to heat and froth milk for Lattes. It heats it to the perfect temperature and froths the milk just like the coffee shops. Plus it's a snap to use. I would highly recommend it!"

"This machine is so easy to use and makes yummy hot cocoa. We use milk instead of water and it is so creamy and foams up well. I haven't tried any of the recipes that accompany the instructions, but they look so good and I look forward to making them for my family.
The only suggestion I would make is to clean it immediately after use. If you empty it and want to enjoy your cocoa before cleaning up, I reccomend putting a little water in the bottom so the cocoa doesn't dry up and is harder to clean up."

"I LOVE IT!! My boyfriend got one last year and it is great. One drawback...it makes you want to drink more cocoa. But, my boyfriend also drinks those international delights coffee mixes...he uses this sometimes but just mixes it and not heats it. I just got one for this year!"
