"The description says they have a stretch waist, they do not, it says they are lined to the knee, they are not. They do have a cuff and a button for the back pocket. The wool is nice but it is very thin and I would call it a tropical weight."

"My husband has a closet full of these pants, we just replace the color as they get a little worn. I ordered him two pair for Christmas and they are absolutely are not the same pants we have bought before!! Much smaller overall, they are as much as 2 inches smaller overall. How sad, something we thought could be counted on for fit and quality---no more."

Hard to Believe the Mail Order is Same Merchandise

"I am consistently disappointed in the quality of Lauren and Tommy merchandise I receive through the mail from web orders, compared to what hangs on the racks in the retail stores. Sweaters, pants and shirts I've received have been made of material so paper thin and light weight that I can't believe the box contains my entire order when it arrives. I recently received a sweater I ordered and honestly it doesn't weigh more than my good quality Champion tee shirt. I expect this from Canal Street, not from Macy's."

"I have purchased several of these pants over the years and have been very pleased with the fit. However the new pair I just recived fits tighter in the legs, hips and waist than previously. This is besides the fact that I just lost 25lbs prior to the purchase!
