"I purchased this watch around March of 2010. I had never bought myself anything that I considered expensive and was in need of a watch. I fell in love with this particular watch and had to have it. I was reluctant to buy it since it was what I considered to be out of my price range. The Macy's representative had nothing but good things to say about this watch and well needless to say I purhased it. 6 months later it fell off while at work and a pin had appeared to be missing, the next week when I took it to get repaired I noticed the battery had also died. When I took it in the watch repair rep. complimented on what a good looking watch it was and asked how long the battery been in there. I responded with " well not exactly sure since it was the original battery." I had only had it for 6 months but he thought maybe since it was the original that the time it had spent in the store had absorbed the life of the battery. He also stated that it being so new he was dissapointed as well as I, that a pin had fallen out. Here we are about 8 months later (2months) after the minimum 1 year warranty again my battery has died. I returned to the watch repair rep. and after some evaluation of the watch determined that the motor in the watch is what is killing the battery. Here I am after purchasing a watch that in the beginning I was reluctant to buy becuase of the price, I am currently with out a watch as it is being repaired. I am very dissapointed and unsatisfied considering I was getting what I'd paid for, OR SO I THOUGHT!"

"I just read the review posted above and wondered - are they talking about the same watch? For one - it is a BULOVA, not a Seiko or a Rolex. Secondly - it's beautiful. The mother of peal inset beautifully offsets the silver. And the face isn't too small, I actually wish it were a little larger! I am 110 lbs, so when the reviewer above said it was too big? Go figure! It is petite and femine and fits on my wrist beautifully. I feel very "grown up" and female when I wear it (I'm 47 :) So to potential buyers, the Bulova name and quality, fashion accents in the mother or pearl face, and very refined and petite - the final accent, the diamond accents all around - make for a traditonal (yet somewhat trendy) and refined looking and feeling watch. I would highly recommend it!"

"I ordered this watch on line without seeing it at the store. I had read the other reviews about it maybe looking "cheap" and I hate to say it does. FOR THE PRICE, it looks more like a fashion Anne Klein watch. It's not the thicker stainless steel band I'm used to in Seiko watches. It's a nice watch, but not for me. The face was way to big for my wrist."

"I haven't worn a watch in so long, I usually take a look at my cell phone for the time..but I've seen so many pretty watches on other women lately and so I decided to go out, take a look and buy one for myself, I didn't have to go or look too far...I picked this one because it is a "stand out", practicle yet trendy watch, it caught my eye immediately, there are 16 small diamonds around the watch, the sparkle combined with the silver and white face is just stunning...I am so happy with this watch, I will wear it with casual clothing and for work...the sales associate was very helpful, he even sized it for me, he had to remove 2 links....thanks Bulova and Macy's...I am extremely happy with my purchase!"

"I love this watch. It was my Christmas preset. I'm so happy that I have it now. I've been wanting this watch for the longest. There is a comment on this watch from someone in Atlanta and they say that this watch looks cheap, well it does not. And it looks about the same size as the picture. "I have had this watch about 5 years now and it still looks as beautiful as the day I had to have it! It wears well. It is large and makes me feel feminine. "This watch is a beautiful statement piece. It's a classic style so it's good for everyday wear but it has just the right amount of sparkle and shine for an updated look. It has a good weight to it so you know you are wearing a substantial watch. I compared it to several similar styles in the fashion watch cases in the Macy's stores and I've very happy I choose to go with the one from the fine jewelry department.
