"Before I start on the actual shirt, let me first say that I lift wieghts every day and have a very muscular physique. Now about the shirt: The RL polo shirt is the best semi-dress shirt I've ever owned. I have LOTS of these in several different colors.

The shirt is very tight in the arms, back and chest (Because I work out). If you buy this shirt in any size you should know that if it's large it will be very large. On the flip side, if it's small, it will be very small.

If you are trying to show off your physique, I would recommend a small size. If you are portly though, I would recommend a medium or a large."
