"I bought this knife 2yrs ago just to see how Anolon knives would be. I was pleasantly suprised that Anolon knives are very good and you can expect the quality that the brand is known for. It cuts very smoothly and is very sharp. Cutting is easy with this knife and I just love to use it for fine julienes and slicing real thin. The added bonus was that it came with a cover which has vents that not only protects the knife but also prevents mould.
It is good to have one of these in the kitchen and handy to take for picnics and other events."
