"I like the way this pan works well to crisp, but my complaint is that it is too small. I love baking homemade sweet potato fries, but find that when I cut up a large sweet potato (or a couple sweet potato), this just won't hold them. It would be great at double the size, or I guess I could just go buy a second pan."

"This pan is really great. Some friends recommended it to us after they got one for their wedding. We registered for it and LOVE it. French Fries and Tator Tots really do get crispy in the oven. No grease or cooking spray is needed. Great alternative to deep frying your food at home. The pan also cleans up really good, dishwasher safe, or hand wash. Worth ordering on-line, as we could not find it, in any stores in MN."
