"Just incredible bakeware. We've baked chicken, cookies, biscuits, and much more. We started out with just this 10 x 15 in. cookie sheet. But, unlike other cookie sheets, this one has sides!! Awesome!! Remember, never spray with non-stick sprays!! We went back at Christmas time and purchased two pizza pans, a small cookie sheet, and another 10 x 15 in. cookie sheet. I was just online and saw the full-line of Anolon products. WOW!! All the other "cheap" pans that we've acquired in the past. Are just that, in the past!! You'll love the Anolon Bakeware, too!"

"Great cookie sheets. They are extreamly heavy. Trying to twist to see if they warped they would not. They are so thick they heat up and hold heat very well. It took a bit of getting used to because they did cook the bottoms of cookies faster than my old sheets and I had to adjust my temp and cooking time so I wouldnt burn things. The silcone handles definately help and they don't tend to slide out of my oven mitts. These sheets are built to last and I will get more."

"The handles don't really stay cool. And this pan was totally discolored very quickly, has a couple of spots that look like rust (I use it only when desperate and can avoid using those spots). Terrible to clean."

"I bought the larger bakeware set through another retailer, and I cannot say enough good about it. I have since bought the meatloaf pan, more cookie sheets, crisper pan, bundt pan, springform pan, and every other available piece I could find. No warping, dishwasher safe (although I hand-wash), sturdy and quality construction, and those "padded" handles are the best."

Great product for the money,January 8, 2007

"Anolon's Sure-Grip pans are excellent. I now have a full set of the basics plus a couple of extra cookie sheets. They are nicely weighted, do not warp or bend in the oven, and are easy to grab using the silicon handles (even with bulky oven mitts on). The non-stick coating is excellent, which also makes clean up simple and easy (I hand wash all pans).
I have had one of these pans for about a year and they have no visible wear nor any decrease in non-stick ability in light usage.
The only drawback I have noticed is that they tend to brown the bottoms of baked goods a bit more than some of my other pans. My solution was to reduce baking temp 25-35 degrees which works well.
So far, these are my favorite bakeware pieces and I am gradually replacing most of my metal bakeware with these Anolon pieces. I fully recommend this product."

Great Bang for Your Buck,January 6, 2007

"For almost any Macy's price, this cookie sheet is a steal! It does rust a bit underneath like one of the customers said, but only if you use it in the dishwasher. I hand wash mine (not hard to do since NOTHING sticks to it) so I don't really have the rust problem. These are great, my cookies never burn and I bake croissants on it as well, they are beautiful everytime."

"I like the grips on the ends and the size of the baking sheet but I notice that underneath the handles and edges gets rusty really easily. I've hand washed and used in the dishwasher and it just seem to get worst over time. I've only had them for 2 years and this started really early on. They are still really good pans though."
