Well worth the purchase..., April 4, 2009
By Bloves2cook from Raleigh, NC

"I received this as a wedding gift from my registry and I absolutely love it! It's perfect not only for homemade pizza but also for those lazy days when I need to heat up a frozen pizza. Stone is solid, heavy and durable, making it well worth the price over cheaper alternatives. I recommend heating it in the over as you pre-heat it, which gives you crispier crust. The pizza rack and cutter are well-made as you would expect from All-Clad. Great buy and great gift idea!"

"It seems like a good stone, this is the first one I've purchased so I really don't have anything to compare it to. It's a lot heavier than other ones on the market, I didn't really expect it to be this heavy. The cutter is nice too."

A Stone of Stones, August 25, 2008
By Lynzi from Honokaa, Hawaii

"I took a gamble on this product and think it's one of the best items I've purchased. I also did an apple pie on it and it stayed warm for the ice cream over an hour. Great pizza will be a given with this stone."

Pizza Stone, December 27, 2007
By KatieP818 from Atlanta Georgia

"This pizza stone is awesome! It cooks the pizza so thoroughly from the middle, and the crust is still crispy. Even when you take it out of the oven, its still keeps the pizza warm while you eat. It was one of the best wedding gifts my husband and I received."

Make people jealous, December 8, 2007
By Lancome4life from Garland, TX

"If you want to make people jealous invite them over and make pizza on this pizza stone it comes out perfect everytime. (just watch out for thin pizzas) Make sure to treat the stone properly and be aware that it is VERY VERY VERY heavy."

"If you buy a pizza stone you will LOVE frozen pizza's from the grocery store as much as you do from your favorite pizza place. I was buying Califorinia Pizza Kitchen Pizzas from Publix and they were always rubbery on the edges and never hot in the middle. I never understood what all the fuss was about until I cooked one on this pizza stone...they are so GOOD! It is also nice to have to keep your oven clean, it catches all the ingrediants that normally fall off the pizza when you cook directly on a rack.
NOTE: Do not use the pizza stone for thin crust pizzas...it will start to burn before it is done cooking.

"Creates a crispy crust and keeps pizza warm while serving. Attractive enough to use as a serving dish for pizza. Could also use it chilled as a serving platter for cheeses. Great gift item for housewarming or special hostess gift !"
